1. Sign in and secure your account
Open the app, sign in with your approved Google identity or existing email account, and complete authenticator setup or verification. Workspace members and platform operators have separate permissions. Never share your authenticator setup key or codes.
2. Open Accounts
Choose an available integration and select My company’s accounts. Techrace creates and reuses your company profile automatically. Authorize access on the provider’s screen and return to your workspace. Providers marked Access setup needed cannot connect until credentials and required permissions are configured. Signing in with Google does not connect a Gmail mailbox.
3. Understand account status
Accounts shows your connected services and their status. Search by account name or service on the current page. Open Details only when you need an ID or to disconnect. Your company admin manages connections; ordinary members can inspect them.
4. Work with your team
Team shows who can access your workspace. The company owner manages invitations and roles. Company admins manage integrations and keys but cannot change billing or team roles. Team members can use authorized operations without gaining platform operator access.
5. Build with the API or MCP
Expand Developer tools for API keys, customer profiles, activity, webhooks and app settings. Customer profiles are needed when your application connects accounts for its own customers; you do not manually create one for your company’s accounts. API keys remain on your server. Follow the API quickstart or MCP guide for your client.
6. Check billing
Three connected accounts are free per workspace, then each additional account costs $1 USD per month. Team members, API keys and customer profiles are not connected accounts. Only the company owner can manage payment methods. Platform billing must be enabled before paid-account checkout is available.
Platform operator review
Approved read-only operators open /admin. This provides audited platform visibility after MFA; it does not grant company membership, provider credential access, billing changes or mutable platform administration.
These guides describe implemented code and operating requirements. Enabled capabilities and permissions may differ. Use the current API specification and your project’s capability view.
