What counts
Each linked external account consumes one slot, across all customers in the developer project. A Gmail mailbox and an Outlook mailbox each count as one. Team members, API keys and customer records are not billable accounts.
The calculation
Monthly connection fee = max(connected accounts − 3, 0) × $1 USD. Ten linked accounts means $7/month before taxes or adjustments. Separate projects each have their own free allowance and bill.
Reauthentication and disconnection
An expired provider credential keeps its account slot until disconnected. Reconnecting the same account does not create a duplicate charge. Disconnect accounts you no longer need; changes are reflected through billing reconciliation.
Payment and changes
The project owner reviews the price and starts Stripe Checkout from Billing once payments are enabled. Use the hosted portal for payment details and available subscription controls. Proration, taxes and billing adjustments may change the invoice from the monthly estimate.
Included does not mean unlimited
The plan has common operating limits. Provider charges, paid API access, advertising spend and applicable taxes are separate. Capacity and provider permissions must be verified for your workload. No payments can start in the current unconfigured preview.
