Yes. The connection fee is the same $1 per additional account after the first three. Capabilities still depend on the implemented adapter, permissions and published operating limits.
No. Signing into Techrace is a developer identity. Connecting a Gmail mailbox for your application is a separate external connection and does count.
Disconnecting releases the ongoing account slot. Stripe reconciliation and any proration or tax adjustments are reflected on the invoice. Expired credentials alone do not release the slot.
The architecture plan addresses growth toward that scale. Current local tests do not certify a million-account production workload. Hosted load, quotas, recovery and additional topology work are required.
